Adds a new perk which allows the crafting of Salient Green (the item from Old World Blues) at workbenches, but at a rate less efficient than the Biological Research Station (generally 3 ingredients produce 2 salient green, instead of being 1 to 1), but from a wider variety of ingredients (all plants, most snacks made from small animals, human flewsh, and cigarette cartons can now also be made into Salient Green). The perk also allows the cloning of a wider variety of foods from Salient Green at hotplates.
