Adds a ghoul companion with custom dialog and a companion wheel!

Zombie-kun functions as a vanilla companion would; he'll fight, hold your stuff, stare at you, and make those lonely 
vaults more bearable!

Zombie-kun can be found in Freeside, by the entrance to the New Vegas Strip.

Version History:
v1.1 - Zombie-kun can now be dismissed; Rebalanced Zombie-kun's weapons so he will no longer use his axe 
when you have told him to use ranged weapons.
