This adds a very simple lore friendly quest to add a Infra-red Laser Sniper to the game. This is mostly just a retex of the Bozar, but with a twist.

WHAT IT DOES:
This adds a really simple quest to get a IR Laser Pulse Sniper Hybrid. This is my first mod, so be gentle? The quest is simply grabbing the Holo note next to Sunny Smiles in the GS Bar. You have to steal it because it's not yours... Then follow the notes. I spent a lot of time on the back story because WEEEEE! I'd like to think that it's pretty lore friendly. Cheat spoilers are included and there is a little Easter Egg gun included in the mod. (Not that great, but just a little bonus.)
WHY DOES IT EVEN EXIST?
Well, basically I have never liked the brick style laser rifle and square scope on it. I LOVE sniping so after SEVERAL playthroughs where I went with guns every time, I decided to make this to round out an energy skill sniper. The idea is that a Infra Red Laser is not visable to the naked eye and you could therefore tune one to that spectrum and have a silent and laser accurate sniper. To combat the brick shape I grabbed a bozar and re-textured it. The back story is that this was an attempt to make it intuative for soldiers to use as a beam weapon replacement for the weapons they already use. So it was built in the body of a bozar and fitted to fire and reload like one.
WHAT HAPPENES?
Because it loads and scopes like a standard rifle, the energy skill needed has been lowered to 50. The gun fires an invisable beam, so you won't be able to see it until it impacts. You will see a red "bloom" when it hits something (incidentally this is why the project is code named "Spring Flower") I've tried to make it competitive in game. It isn't a god weapon by any means. Kind of a ballance between the Gobi and un-modded Anti-Material rifle. It uses standard E Cells but it's an energy hog. Two cells give you three shots. Life gets interesting if you miss. I'll let Dr. Hildern's note tell you about it in game. SIDE NOTE: If any modding genius members out there can help me make the beam visable in an electronic scope, but not visable out of scope, that would be SO COOL!
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Why even play a sniper without these? Gopher is a golden god.
