What I did was I made a refridgerator with the model of a Nuka Cola Truck toy and placed it around the Mojave. They hold 10 Nuka Colas, 40 Empty Bottles, and 3 Nuka Cola Truck toys. They are located in/around Boulder City, Camp McCarran, and 188 Trading Post.
Installation

Just put the file into your data folder. If this is your first mod, the folder's directory is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data if you have on Steam.
