Backstory
Kuroha is an EX NCR Citizen, getting fed up of the NCR's ways of fending for only themselves and keeping things from people who needed it most she took off on an adventure to help people around the wasteland and drink as much Nuka Cola as she could find, and now she is waiting for you at the 188 Trading Post, Don't leave her alone too long as she gets lonely.

She Will be the base of all my future standalone companions.
She Is Carrying a Combat Knife and a Hunting Rifle,
Features
Not much to talk about with the current version other than, she has a personality, and is more unique and less of a model than most characters and companions, who would look like a model in the wasteland anyway? She is still cute in her own way.
Location
You will find her at the 188 Trading Post near the bar where you find Veronica.
