Just a brief little thing I whipped up in FNVEdit...

This ESP contains all of the records which were modified between the game's initial release and its final patch.  This includes deleted items, like the injured troopers in the No Man's Land between Camp Forlorn Hope and Nelson, as well as modified records.

This is not meant to be run as a mod.  Doing so will screw up a lot of things in the game, and at the very least will undo a number of important bug fixes.  It is meant as a Modders Resource.
