A small mod using one of Doc Mitchell's rooms as a legion frumentarius safehouse, used it to pretend that the courier was a legion spy before the game.

Alright, pretend that your character was a legion frumentarii spy before the events of the game. This mod allows you to kind of role play that with a "safehouse" in one of Doc Mitchell's rooms. Legion equipment, weapons, and edited armor can be found here. Once equipped, the legion explorer armor retains your reputation with the legion while you still get attacked by NCR.
