This is a desert scout rifle, similar to ones used in modern wars but with a New Vegas twist. The rifle has a new camouflage and has new statistics than the classic sniper rifle of New Vegas. The Scout Rifle can be found laying on the bed in the first room of the El Ray motel across from camp McCarren. Thanks for downloading!
