Want to be a part of the Brotherhood from them start of the game? don't want to have to wait ages for Power Armour and a Gauss Rifle? me either!

This is my Second Cache Mod This mod adds in a small cache located inside the Goodsprings School (theirs a pipe leading to a separate area in the school) The Cache is made for those that want power Armour and or a Gauss Rifle early on. I welcome all Feedback and Suggestions.
***IMPORTANT***
I made the Power Armour so it requires no Training so be sure not to sell it!!!!
