A New texture for Sierra Madre reinforced armor.
Dead Money IS REQUIRED for this mod to work.

Spetsnaz Security Armor (REQUIRES DEAD MONEY!!!)
[Installation]
Put the Data Folder in your New Vegas Directory (Fallout New Vegas).
It will say do you want to merge Data with Data? hit YES.
New Vegas Directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas
For the Spetsnaz Security Armor.eps Just put it in your Fallout New Vegas Data folder.
Located here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data
Make sure to activate it by Starting the new vegas launcher and Selecting Data Files and activate Spetsnaz Security Armor.esp

Behind the prospectors saloon by the fence where you shoot the bottles on the tutorial quest.
[uses]
you can use my files without asking just give me credit.
Remember without Dead Money you will not have the required meshes and it will not work.
