This very simple mod is a way to make VATS almost perfect without the use of the console. Perfect for those who want to earn those Steam achievements, but want ridiculous accuracy!
Features:
-Almost always have 95% chance to hit (obviously excludes concealed body parts)
-Doubles the range in which VATS can be used for guns
-95% chance for explosives to 'hit'
-95% chance for melee attacks to hit
-10% chance for paralyzing palm, instead of the vanilla 0.5%
