Description

Blood Packs. Completely and absolutely useless in Fallout New Vegas. There are no vampires to teach you how to suck one down, so you decided to use your advanced medical knowledge to create your very own blood transfusion! You'll be fully healed, and poison will be flushed out of your system. However, as your body needs to catch up with the new blood, you'll be weakened for the duration of the transfusion. I mean, you should really be in a hospital for this kind of thing.

Blood Transfusion Recipe - Requires 90 Medicine:

2 Blood Packs (The new blood)
2 Surgical Tubing (One to put the new blood in and one to get the old stuff out)
1 Empty Syringe (In order to pierce the skin)
1 Glass Pitcher (To put your old blood in. Who just dumps their own blood onto the floor? Disgusting)

Blood Transfusion:

+ 5 HP for 1 Minute
-2 Endurance
-2 Strength
Cures Animal Poison

The reason for the really harsh penalties to your SPECIAL is that you can survive in combat a lot longer at the already high medicine you need to make this, due to health regen. It's there to discourage you from using this mid-battle, and instead waiting until your out of combat and need to heal up.

Installation

USING NMM:

Simply activate the mod in the NMM, then enable it on the load order

MANUALLY:

Extract the esp file in the folder to your Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout New Vegas/Data folder, and activate it in your mod manager of your choice
