SCRAPHEAP - town mod
Description:
Mod adds a small town located south of Raul's shack, with working vendors, some quests (both marked and miniquests). Includes reputation system, player home and many custom NPCs. There are also two possible companions: female human and Mister Handy (with working companion wheels).
Area is navmeshed and all NPC's added by mod are fully voiced exluding one and lip-synced.
