Just merge the data folder with your FNV data folder.

Still working out some kinks so bear with me. any input is greatly appreciated
UPDATE
I still cant figure out how to fix the scope lens on the model with a trail carbine scope, but I swapped it out for a 9mm scope and added another rifle and a shotgun. Kept the original rifle in case anyone wants to figure out the scope problem
