Yes, I know, there are already quite a few crosshair replacers and such out there, just thought I'd contribute to the cause. Hope someone will enjoy them :).
And yes, the crosshair changes colour when you change the colour in Settings -> Display :)

Before starting, please keep in mind you need some form of ArchiveInvalidation for this mod!

When you open the folder you will come across several other folders.
Check out the screenshots to see which one is to your liking.
Open the folder of the crosshair of your choice and copy/paste the file in that folder into this folder:

"../Data/textures/Interface/"

So for (default) steam users it would be:

"C:/Program Files(x86)/steam/steamapps/common/Fallout New Vegas/Data/textures/Interface/"

That's it! Load up the game and have fun.

= 2. Mod Conflict

This mod will most definately clash with any mod that changes the interfaceshared0.dds file.
Keep that in mind if you use any form of altered UI (yes, also compass, HP, AP, etc).
Everything in my mod is vanilla except the crosshairs, so if needed you could mix and match yourself.

Feel free to do with these files whatever you want and upload them wherever you want.
I see this more as practise and a hobby if anything and the more modding, the merrier.
