This mod makes all races (Children, Raider, Middle Aged, Elderly, Ghoul, and Hostage) playable. It fixes some races not having the appropriate younger/older race setting and adds about 5 preset faces to every previously unplayable races.

<br /><br />Because, as far as the game is concerned, I edited a NPC to make them a preset a Merged Patch will be necessary for maximum compatibility. If you don't know how to make a merged patch load this mod higher up the list than all the mods that you want to have authority over this mod.
