So the main background in FNV, well......yeeeeaaah...This makes it alot cooler.
A readme is included in the file so just download it.
INSTALLATION:
1. Download the file
2. Open it with Winrar or any other archive program.
3. Merge the Data folder included in the file with the Fallout New Vegas Data folder which is most likely located in -
C:Program Files (x86)Steam/SteamApps/common/Fallout New Vegas
4. Enjoy!!
