The surgical mask is already in the game but it does not have a name or any way to get it without the use of console commands. This mod adds them.
The surgical masks will be used by Fiends, Prospectors, Travelling merchants and FotA Doctors. You can also buy it from Ralph at Mick & Ralph's. It comes in two colours, blue and white.
