Mod resources including furniture, cleaned up statics, animated boats and barges, open boxcar with door, various outfits for old female npcs, female npcs and kids. Also includes a fully playable molotov cocktail resource made out of vanilla liquor bottles - no DLC required.
A sample esp is provided for a preview of some of the resources. Coc callvillebay will take you to the spot where they are.
The molotovs are fully playable but not integrated into levelled lists or anything. Type 'player.placeatme xx00109d 1' to get a footlocker containing some samples.
Note: the vanilla park bench was never meant to be a furniture object, so you will have some minor clipping issues. Other than this, it seems all right.
Please report any issues with the meshes.

Many thanks to all the people who spent time to make tutorials and post information. Special thanks to SaidenStorm for their tutorial on collisions. It helped point the way to solving the issues with it I previously had.
