You must have these options set in your FalloutPrefs.ini that is located in your Documents/MY Games/NV folder.

Turn off Anisotropic Filtering and Antialiasing in NV Launcher and in your video card software. ENB’s AF is enabled by default.
Enable HDR in NV Launcher or ENB works not correct.
If game crashing on startup, make sure you are not running XFire, Afterburner, EVGA and
other kind of that tools. Don't run manually enbhost.exe, it will be automatically started if memory
manager is activated in enblocal.ini. (enabled).

Installation:
1. Download and install FNVRWLO original.
2. Download and copy all contents of the E ENB NV folder to your root NV folder. overwrite if ask.
3. Download the latest version of ENB on www.enbdev.com. Open the zip and copy the d3d9.dll from the Wrapper folder into your root NV folder.
