This is a compilation of Perks that I edited or created from the ground up.
I felt the need to make these to increase customization for New Vegas.

This is my first mod.
I have created this perk pack mostly for myself but I felt that others may want to use it too.
This is to increase customization with character building.
I will create more perks as time goes on, you can make requests if you wish.

I am back to updating this mod but it will be "very very" slow. Sorry ^^;

Currently in the pack:

Life Giver (3 ranks) 30 HP per rank.

Action Boy/Girl (2 Ranks) Increases AP by 25 per rank.
Intense Training (12 Ranks) Intended to work along side SpecialEveryTwoLevels.esp
Lessons Learned 100 (25-100) Min Level 25 (Can be taken at Level 25 instead of Level 26 since Lessons Learned already has level 25 already implemented into the perk) Max Level 100 for players with level cap over 50 (Will raise this to 250 assuming the level 250 mod is still around)

Perks in Concept:
Mastery Perks require 10 to it's respective stat and level 30.
Strength Mastery: Carry Weight +100, Items that weigh 2 < and > 10 will weigh half as much non weapon items that weight 10 and more will weigh half as much, +5 Damage with Melee and Unarmed (Fists included), Equipped Weapons and armor weigh 0 and Medium and Heavy armor are changed to Light)
Perception Mastery: Double Sweetspot size for Locks, +50% Force Lock Chance, +50% Accuracy with Guns and Energy Weapons, +25% Bonus Limb Damage
Endurance Mastery: +100 HP, +5 DT, +50% FR, +50% ER, +25% RR, +25% PR, +50% DR vs Abominations including Deathclaws, 3X Limb HP
Charisma Mastery: 25% Better Prices, 3X Companion HP, 2X Companion Damage, Companions Regenerate .1%HP/sec when weapon sheathed.
Intelligence Mastery: 50% Terminal Hack Efficiency, 25% HP + 50% Limb Heal for Stims, non addictive chems last 3 Times longer, addictive chems last 50% longer, Addiction Resistance +25% (chems and alcohol), 25% slower decay for weapons and armor
Agility Mastery: +50 Action Points, 50% faster AP Regeneration, +50% Jump Height, +25% Fall DR
Luck Mastery: +10% Critical Chance, +25% Critical Damage, 25% more likely to find drained Ammo and Cases, 2X Food from Plants such as broc flowers, cave fungus, xander root, etc (planning on make it a separate perk).
