My first Fallout NV mod, to install it put the "Outfits.esp" and "Outfits.tes" in your Fallout New Vegas Data folder and put "suits" folder into the Textures folder in your Data.
When in-game go to "Goodsprings" and in the "Prospector Saloon" you will find "Greasy Gabe" talk to him to buy the clothes.
