Requires Lonesome Road DLC
Requires Honest Hearts DLC
Turns 35 rolled up bedrolls that normally can't be interacted with, into Roughin' It Bedrolls from Lonesome Road.
Only 34 of them are actually accessable in normal play.
You'll find some at Mesquite Mountains camp site, Legion Raid Camp and other miscellanious locations across the Mojave and a few in Zion (Honest Hearts).
None of them have any ownership set and can be taken with impunity. I should probably set some of them owned. Maybe later.
