this is paladin voci's frank horrigan mod that i have taken and reworked to try to make it fit the fallout 2 image a little better
- Permissions and credits
1.10 released: i have gotten around to making the helmet look a little bit more authentic i have added red eyes and taken out some of the white texturing around the breathing mask. i am yet to remodel anything as i can't model for sh*t however i am going to ask one my mates who can do modeling to help me out a bit, sometime maybe, in the distant future. also i am aware of the sound not working currently and i will try to get around to it at some point.
LOCATION
ENEMY: He is in one of the hidden valley bunkers
Friendly: in the EZ Companion Room (A000R00M), go to goodsprings saloon and talk to a ghoul named Bezen
I downloaded paladin voci's frank horrigan mod and liked everything but the appearance so i experimented with a different super mutant clothing set and liked what i had created so much so i thought anyone who liked fallout 2 would like this update to franks appearance.
