Update 9/21/15: Huge thanks to skyrimdownloader777 for the new file image! It looks amazing!
Currently, a final patch for TTW is in the works, but any other update is unlikely. I haven't played New Vegas in months, and I'm honestly kind of bored with the game, so it just doesn't seem worth the effort to make complex patches with other mods. If you really want to, feel free to make your own patch and upload it to the Nexus.

Update: 1/30/14
Fixed the GRA MF Hyperbreeder Alpha bug. I don't think that it was my mod that caused the bug, but it's fixed now in any case. Mod should be working flawlessly now! Read-Me still says that the bug is there, I keep forgetting to make a new Read-Me for this and the last update.

Logically, the Energy Weapons of Fallout 3 & New Vegas should be WAY stronger. I mean, I'm firing concentrated Plasma at you! It should be doing more than tickling you! This made me mad, but I just shrugged it off and ignored every Energy Weapon in both games (Minus the Gauss Rifle in FO3). Once I bought a gaming PC, I looked for mods that changed this. I found one for Fallout3, but none for F:NV. Again, I shrugged this off and never touched the guns. Then I bought Fallout 1 and 2 (Sadly no longer available). There, most Energy Weapons can hold up into very late in the game, and the Plasma Rifle is the best weapon to take to the final bosses. What the hell Bethesda? I understand the balance is important, but you made the weapons as bad as possible to achieve that? Almost none of the guns (Again, with the exception of the Gauss Rifle and Tesla Cannon, although there are better choices than even these) are worth taking to Hoover Dam for the final battle, almost none of them are useful past level 20.

Well, now I decided to change that. When finished those games, I started up my G.E.C.K and changed around some data values. This mod isn't too great, I understand, and it might even flip the problem for some, making the guns TOO powerful. But, in a single-player game anyway, isn't it better to have something a bit too powerful than way too weak? These aren't broken, at least in my opinion, but they are respectable, they do last you a while into the game and some last until the end of the game. They have good stopping power and, at last, compete with Guns. Also, the Unique Variants of the Plasma and Laser rifles are now worth finding.

What is the difference between versions? The main difference is the Vanilla files contain only weapons found in the normal game and DLC files only affect the weapons from the DLC. EX: The Old World Blues file changes the LAER and nothing else. If you want the changes made to all of the DLCs and Vanilla, then Merged contains all of these files in one ESP, for smaller load order.

Want exact values of what they do? Well, I have those! This is what you'll be doing if your Energy Weapons skill is at 100. At the top we have the Vanilla weapon damage, underneath is the new values:

Old Update History:
Update 1/23/14
Updated the Gatling Laser as per request by koraygozu (Read-Me says that it's unchanged at the bottom, but the new stats are near the middle of the Read-Me, sorry about the typo)
Uploaded new MERGED and Vanilla that include the Gatling Laser.

Update 1/19/14 (Later in the day):
Hid the files after I uploaded the wrong Readme. I fixed it. If you downloaded a file before this, there is no harm done, the ESP is fine, it was just the wrong Read-Me, so you're fine. Thew new one says "Vanilla" FNV, but the Read-Me is the same regardless of what version you download, they all have the same info.

Update 1/19/14:
Cleaned up the weapon stats so that it's easier to read.
Added the Laser RCW and Plasma Caster to the Vanilla File
Added Old World Blues File
Added Honest Hearts File
Added GRA File
Added Merged Version.
