Hey Nexus! Primm Bunker is my first ever published mod! I enjoyed building it and will be using it personally in my adventures. I hope you find it useful too!

Introduction:
Shortly before the New California Republic Correctional Facility (NCRCF) Uprising of 2281, NCR troops whom had full control over Primm felt it was necessary to improve the town, to later be a forward base along the I-15. This would better their standing in the Mojave Wasteland and serve as a front line offensive position against The Strip.

The now called "Primm Bunker" was once named P-B1, the Prototype-Bunker 1, and was originally intended to be interconnected between several other bunkers within the town. Due to it being a prototype, designers decided to fuse all elements of the bunker project together; the reason P-B1 features storage, industrial and living facilities. However, it's completion date was a mere 20 days before the uprising, only leaving time for NCR engineers to iron out the flaws in their design and meaning the refurbishment stage was never met.

Escaped convicts feared it was part of an elaborate trap sprung by the NCR troops stationed across I-15 and remained clear, and so was left uninhabited. Until now...


Description:
This mod features a player home, Primm Bunker, located directly to the right of the entrance to Primm. It is equipped with:

20 Named Storage Footlockers
Contemporary Kitchen
Oven with Campfire Script
Reloading Bench
Workbench
Infirmary
Chemistry Set
Bathroom
Bedroom
Fully NavMeshed (Hopefully!)

Also featured within this mod is a unique variant of the Missile Launcher, called the "Bunker Buster":

Weight: 15
Fires 2 Projectiles per Missile

This mod alters the Primm worldspace, particularly the area immediately to the right of the entrance. The most notable object which has been removed is the abandoned/ derelict house, and has instead been replaced with a short road leading to the bunker. This also means that any landscape around the road and bunker has been edited.

Installation:
You can install this mod through NMM, however if you wish to manually install, then:
1. Open the PrimmBunker.zip with Winrar, 7zip, or any other archiving program.
2. Find and access your data folder.
3. Drag and drop the contents of .zip file into your data folder.
4. Open your game launcher.
5. Check the Primm Bunker.esp file and click ok.
6. The mod should now be installed. Enjoy!
