The C7-A5
V.1.4 No longer god tier weapon
V.1.3 Fixes issue where "moding" the rifle will change the texture to the regular service rifle texture.
V.1.2 includes a suppressed rifle next to some dead guy in an alley in freeside, and I changed the note a tad to fit better with the "new" weapon.

The C7-A5 Service Rifle used by Canadian troops in the fallout universe (this weapon doesn't [possibly yet] exist)
V.1.4 No longer a god weapon, still found outside goodsprings. I plan on changing this eventually.

now automatic
dam reduced from 45 to 20
All in all, it's just an automatic version of the service rifle with a small damage boost, but requires
higher character skill
1.2 : Darker, "prettier" textures and adds a suppressed C7 somewhere in freeside. (Hint; look for two dead guys in the backstreets)
