Water towers display the name "McLean", the name of a town in Virginia, this is due to the fact that the water tower model and texture are just imported assets from 3, which took place in a good part of Virginia. Just a super small oversight made by Obsidian that I'm more than sure no one else noticed except for my autism and I.
I simply just changed the name to "Clark County", since all of New Vegas takes place in that county and works with the whooping 8 water towers there are in the game. Wowie.

Drag and drop the the folders and esp into the Data folder. Should work fine.
