Player character movement configurations.
Adds a third movement speed step.

This MOD enables the User to Finetune Ingame Player Character Move Speeds and add more options.
You now have 4 swimm speed available.

Details:
This MOD enables the User to Finetune Ingame Player Character Move Speeds and add more options.
You now have 4 swimm speed available.
If Your Overencumbered,You can still fast walk to nearest vendor to unload ;) fair enough if U ask me :P
Now You can choose to walk normal or walk faster,run normally or sprint.
You can choose how high You can jump with or without weapon drawn.
You can Also do this while focusing/zooming/aiming with a gun.You can move normal or move faster or even run.

Notes:
Note that running while aiming is not really running,its much faster walking and im not talking about the animation.
The run speed itself is important.Any faster and it would be redicilous.I think i found the middle - not to fast,not to slow :)
Soon as i figure out all this modding stuff - gonna add a penallty when shooting while running and try to maby add a gun more wobble
when sprinting and when running with gun focused/zoomed.
If U ONLY KNEW how HARD it is without knolege and no internet to make these mods:D

Instructions:
Setting/Binding the Mod Keys correctly:
Bind Focus Key to Your curren Focus/Zoom Key;
Bind Run Key to Your current Walk/Run Key;
Bind Jump Key to Your current Jump Key.

Exaple:
If Game Jump Key is Space in Vanilla,set Jump Mod Key also to Space.
If You changed Jump key to a different Key,set Mod Key as well to that same Key.

Sprint Key can be ANY key,Mod default is Left ALT and for it to work,
You must Unbind Left Alt key in Game Options Menu or set it to a different key.
Best way I find it is to set Left Alt to Right Alt in Game Options and leave the Mod key as is.

Setting Values to Vanilla Default Values to disable a feature:
If You dont want to use a movement feature,You can DISABLE it by setting its values to Vanilla Default - 100.
Setting Jump Height to 64/64 will disable this feature as it sets it to Vanilla Default Values.

New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE) 2.0 beta 12 or higher
Optional:
The Mod Configuration Menu - RECOMMENDED!

Installation:
Preferred installation method:
Extract E-motion.FOMOD from the archive.
Launch FOMM
Select "Package Manager"
Select "Add FOMOD" and open to E-motion.FOMOD
Highlight E-motion and click "Activate"
Overwrite any existing files.

Alternative installation method:
Extract the contents of "E-motion.FOMOD" to \Fallout New Vegas\Data\
Include E-motion.esp in your mod list via the FNVLauncher's Data Files or with FOMM/NVMM.

Un-Installation:
If you used the FOMM installation method:
Launch FOMM
Click "Package Manager"
Highlight E-motion.esp and click "Deactivate"

If you used the manual installation method:
Delete the files included in the archive.

Bugs:
You will sooner or later get the "TOUGH GUY" Perk Due to the way this MOD/SCRIPTS work.
Sometimes if You get cippled,Your Player Character will make the "HURT" sound and it will LOOP until Your Player Character Limb/Limbs are HEALD!

IM FIXING IT BEST I CAN! ;)

Conflicts:
Potentially any mod that changes Player character movement behaviors.
I was pointed that it is possible to be incompatible with Project Nevada!
