I'm not fussy, and since this only took me 20 seconds I'd feel remit for treating this incredibly quick and easy fix as something more than it really is. So, go nuts. Claim the file as your own for all I care. As long as this fix is helping people, I'm happy. Although having said that, that really only applies to the vanilla version. Since the Breeze version is a manipulation of the leather armour file contained within his download, any permissions for the Breeze version are subject to his whims, and his wishes should be respected.
File credits
Obsidian, for the great game. Me, if you must. Sesom, for the Breeze version used as a base. Breeze I think? That whole situation over looks complicated, but hey, cheers for the base body. Robert and Alienslof are apparently also credited for work on the base body, so thanks to them too.
I'm terrible at this, so if there's anything amiss here, let me know and I'll fix it right quick.

A very quick fix for the distracting clipping that occurs when using a one-handed weapon while wearing the reinforced leather armour in first-person. In the download section are two versions; one if you're using Breeze's male body, and one if you're using the vanilla male body. Just drag and drop the meshes from the appropriate download into your data folder, and voila! No more first-person nastiness. It doesn't look like any of the various big bug-fixing patches have fixed this yet, so if any of you want to nab my vanilla version you're more than welcome to it.
A special note for Breeze users, the reinforced leather armour fix in the download section of Breeze's male body here - http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35451//? doesn't fix the issue (and in fact removes the right arm bracer bit in first-person, so it introduces a new error on top of the old one), so you'll be needing this file instead.
