GRA Mad Bomber - Missiles n Mini Nukes
I really liked the Mad Bomber perk, but it seemed a little lacking. Sure you can buy the more exotic heavy weapons style explosives from vendors, but why not make them yourself? After all, you are the Mad Bomber. I did my best to keep things balanced while using mechanics in the vanilla game as my guide.
The missile recipes are based heavily upon the rocket recipes introduced in The Lonesome Road. They also require relatively low Science skill and use similar materials due to the interchangeability of the Missiles to Rocket recipe.
Mini nuke recipes are designed to be expensive as well as requiring a higher skill to make. Also one of my personal favorite weapons, the Fat Mine, requires regular Mini Nukes of which there are only 14 in the base game (12 with the Wild Wasteland trait). So now you can make your own.
I've also added Grenades and Mines!
