I wanted to make this mod because I liked the atmosphere of Jacobstown and the surrounding area and I felt it didn't have the focus it deserved. I spent around a total of 60 hours making the Mod, because of my inexperience of making mods. I learned a lot from making this and I hope you take the time to Download it and Endorse it for me. C:

Features:
The Exterior Contains:
Complete with Map Marker. Has a Reloading Bench, a Workbench, Small amounts of storage, Nice lighting (Works well With Electro city Darker nights), Broc Flowers and Xander Roots, And A radio that plays Radio New Vegas.

The Interior Contains:
Medium Amounts of storage, Jukebox that Plays Radio New Vegas, A Pristine Nuka Cola Machine, A Antique Nuka Cola Fridge, Another Workbench and Reloading Bench, More Plants, and some Pretty Posters. Oh yes! And Fappy the Ghoul, the Adorable pet.

The Basement Contains:
An Armoury with Multiple Unique Weapons and Storage.
A Medical Area With an upgraded Autodoc, And Multiple Stimpak, Radaway, Doctors bag and Chem Producers.
A Bar with Custom Bar taps that Can Pour all Variants of Nuka Cola, And Some nice Décor.

The Overlook: Complete with Map Marker. It's Just a nice place to look down from, Nice View of the Lucky 38.

To get the Key to the house Just Rummage in the Dumpster.
