Somewhere near the gas station in Goodsprings is a suspicious-looking rock that leads to a secret fallout shelter. Whoever built it has long since abandoned it, but they left a modest amount of supplied behind. (Detailed description of location at the bottom.)

SPOILERS
To the people who can't find it: go to the map marker which is near the Goodsprings gas station (this should be really easy to find). You will see a large boulder. Walk around this boulder until you see a smaller rock that's a different color. That rock is the door.
