Battle music will trigger for any amount of enemies and every time. I was disappointed when I would fight an enemy or more and the battle music never triggered. This is for people who like to hear their battle music during fights. It also helps you in determining there's an enemy coming towards you.
Installation: Drop the .esp file in your FNV Data folder and check it in your mod manager.
Minor issue: Battle music is triggered when there's music already playing. Fallout's ambient music.
