This may or not be useful. But what it does is there is a hotkey you use that opens a dialog/menu. Its a quick view of a list of magazines that shows how many you have. And can use the magazines from the list.
The steps it takes to open and select can be equal to the amount of steps it takes accessing it via pipboy, if on the Items tab, but not AID. One more step if on AID. Otherwise if not on Items tab, this is less steps. On top of that, it can prevent double clicking Magazines. Or in sometimes my cases, scrolling up and down trying to find what I am looking for moving to fast.
