UPDATE: I've obviously not messed with modded FNV in years. Or updated my mods, and though I can't say they don't work I also can't guarantee they're in optimal condition. On that note, anybody's allowed to make changes to this as they see fit and upload them.
Roosevelt is a Yao Guai ( HH Required ) that has been stalking Jacobstown's Bighorners for as long as any mutant can remember. He is considered a local legend, and the muties don't really mind him.
He has all the features any complete companion has: Wheel, dialogue, sounds, and combat functionality.
He can be found overlooking Jacobstown.
