This mod adds the retrievable feature of the Improved Throwing mod (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35101/) to the Proton throwing axe and the Protonic inversal throwing axe from the Old World Blues addon.
While it doesn't require the original Improved Throwing mod, I'd highly recommend it.
