El Rey Motel reclaimed (this took me awhile to make so give it a try)
Version 2.0 adds an underground market (Passage inside the last ground floor room) see description for more details. Version 2.5 improves interior lighting.

Adds 3 vendors.
Mod details
The El Rey Motel now has a lobby + 9 additional (unique) motel rooms
The end room on the ground floor now has an underground market. with 3 separate specialty vendors. (why underground?) well i figured people probably have more than a few mods running so i wanted this mod to not interfere with anything.
Vendor-Molly (Has a fully stocked and well kept store she specializes in food drinks and chems)
Vendor-Vlad (Great ammo dealer with a supply somewhat similar to the great khans)
Vendor-Andre (Mainly sells weapons and armor (with a few weapon mods randomly) He is also a great repair man so he can fix your gear.)
Interior lighting has been improved for players using darker nights, or any mod than changes the games days and nights. (Thanx to Ryuukage0101 for pointing it out.)
Loot
This mod has plenty of useful items throughout but most importantly adds quiet a few lunch boxes and cherry bombs so you will be able to craft more bottle cap mines.
(I personally think New Vegas lacks lunch boxes)
This mod is game friendly..... You wont find any God items, thousands of Caps or Skill Books. Hopefully you find this mod useful and enjoyable.
Purpose
I added an underground market because i felt i always had to get on good terms with the great kahns, so i could have access to the kahns vendor. Now we have a choice.
I created this mod to expand a small section of the Wasteland.
Files
Just one simple file to download, unzip and place the esp file into the Fallout New Vegas data folder. Dont forget to check the Elreymotel.esp in your Mod Manager.
