At RepCon Headquarters there is a dead body with 200 prewar money in a briefcase near it that you can use in the vending machine.

IN JACOB'S TOWN THERE IS A SCHEMATIC ON TOP OF THE VENDING MACHINE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO BUY ALIEN POWER CELLS!

This vending machine uses prewar money and not caps. The machine has the ability to convert caps to prewar money. It costs 15 caps to the prewar money bat one prewar money can pay for lots.

[size=12]==== INSTALLATION ====[/size]
1. Go to your Steam folder witch will be in either "program files"
or "program files (x86)" directly off of your main drive
2. Next go to steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\data
3. From there place the WeaponsVendor.esp into your data folder
4. Place the "meshes" folder in the data folder
5. Start your game and select it in your data files and your finished
