Gets rid of the radiation effect in the pool and bathtub from the "Lucky 38 Suite Reloaded" mod.

In the original mod, if you were in the pool or bathtub you would get irradiated at a rate of 1 rad/s - this stops that.
II How I did it
To do this I had to open up the cell properties inthe G.E.C.K
1. Open GECK and select "Lucky38suite_reloaded.esm" and set as active file
2. Go to "Cell View" window and Rclick "Lucky38suitefloor22" and select "edit"
3. In this window you'll see a checkbox for "has water" and water type.
4. Change this water type to something non-radioactive (in this case I used "NVCleanWater"
5. Hit apply, save as an .ESP
It is ridiculously difficult to create, place, and set the level of radiation water has.
III Bugs
The only bug I encountered was a graphics glitch immediately upon loading (I was inside the suite when I made the above changes). I had a sort of brownish, dusty overlay on my vision.
Leaving and then returning to the suite cleared that up.
Also, strangely enough - using this fixed whatever problem I had with the exterior view from the windows. Before the world ended at the balcony - now I can see the skybox.
