Turns Lone Wolf Radio into a more believable radio station location.

Something in game has always bothered me.
There are 3 radio stations in New Vegas. Radio New Vegas, Mojave Music Radio, and Black Mountain Radio. Radio New Vegas has no in-game location, but from information you can find on the wiki I assume its built into the Lucky 38 tower. With House's power sources it makes sens that Radio New Vegas is audible everywhere.
Next up is Black Mountain Radio. They have a physical location in the Black Mountain Observatory. Large transmitters, decent power, limited range.
This leads me to Mojave Music Radio. While no concrete evidence is given, in game clues lead one to believe that MMR and Lone Wolf Radio are the same place. MMR is audible throughout the wasteland. How is a bunch of old radio equipment in a mobile home on a hillside more powerful than a pre-war radio listening post?
So I tweaked it a bit. I replaced the trailer with an old railway tower (Think Followers Outpost) and the forest of TV antennas with a proper radio tower. I expanded the campsite aspects of it a little, adding a proper bed and some storage. It is by no means a player home. There is no crafting of any kind available, no auto-sorter system, nothing fancy like that. Just a bed, a unique named non-respawning locker, and some radio equipment.
If you like the idea and want to reuse it in a larger mod feel free. Theres nothing in this file but vanilla assets.
