I really liked the TGs Armor Collection for New Vegas especially 1st Recon With Ghillie Armor.
So I made this armor stand-alone and than placed it in the world.
Textures and Meshes are made by TG. I suggest you to try out his awesome Armor Collection aswell . Its still work in progress and items weren't added to level-lists or vendors. This is a main reason why I made this mod.
I've also changed stats of the armor. Now its a Light Armor with 15.00 DT and it weights only 10.
Sneak bonus (+5) was also added to the armor. I didnt want this armor to be unbalanced so don't expect any overpowered bonuses.
WARNING: This armor WILL NOT work with female characters.

Recon Ghillie Armor can be found in Bison Steve. There is a locked door on the right side of the entrance. You need a decent lockpick skill to unlock a door (Lock level is hard as it was in the vanilla game).
Once you enter the room you will notice a duffle bag with a Recon Ghillie. I've also put a sniper rifle with some ammo. The main reason why I did this is because in the vanilla game you won't find a sniper rifle till you get to the New Vegas or buy some from Gun Runners etc.
