I'm not too sure if anyone has done this before but I thought it would be a cool idea to have a sentry bot as a follower. It isn't recognized as an official follower so it won't affect any others that you may pick up. As far as I know it will follow you into any dlc area that you venture into.
This is a REPCON Sentry Bot that I made into a follower. It comes with the standard weaponary of the default bot consisting of missile launcher and gatlin gun. I've increased his turning and movement speed so that way he's not so slow. You can find it at GoodSprings.
Installation:
------------------------------
1. Copy xr30.esp to your Fallout\Data folder
2. Enable XR30.esp in the Data Files
