===Description===
Recreate lost player characters, create test player characters for testing mods, or cheat for the fun of it.

===Location===
House behind Tavern in GoodSprings where you start the game.

===Conflicts/Bugs===
Mod: World of Pain. Fix is to use 'back door' to get into the Leveler's House.
Mod: Sticky Fingers. Not compatible with unlimited steak in the kitchen. Reported to CTD your game.

===Features===
Outside:
-Water pump outside will re-grow the garden for picking again.
-Creature summoner outside to pick your own battles.
-Includes 'body disposal' button which also puts everything in the chest.
-Radiation Pit in the back yard for a quick dose of radiation.

Inside:
-Fully funtional clocks that show in-game time.
-Automatic sorting storage lockers.
-Oven to cook all your recipies.
-Special meat that restores food, water and sleep. Click on the cutting board in the kitchen to spawn it.
-First Aide box to spawn medicines.
-Switch that repairs your current weapon.
-Switch to spawn weapon repair kits.
-Water fountain that also gives purified water.
-Trash compactor. Put items in and click on incinerator button.
-Merchant with lots of cash.
-Levelers Food Sanitizer object.

-Perk terminal to add any perk you like. Includes new perks from this mod described below:
--Analytical Mind perk: (Lv: 10) +5 Gained skill points.
--Energy Defender: (Lv: 20) +25% damage, +15% crit hit with leveler's energy weapons.
--Enhanced Detection: (Lv: 30) Detect chems, firearms, ammo in short distance. Detect enemies sooner, Vats attack cloaked targets.
--Food Sanitizer: (Lv: 1) 50% less radiation damage from food and drink.
--Intuition: (Lv: 20) Message when your 'targetted' by an enemy.
--Killer: (Lv:24) Weapons do 25% more damage.
--Longer Days: (Lv: 4) Hours from 6am to 9pm go extra slow and the nights are sped up.
--Packer (Lv: 8, 10 Ranks) Each rank adds 100 to your carry weight.
--Radiation Regen (Lv: 18) Radiation damage is slowly 'converted' into health. (removes radiation damage during the process)
--Raven Killer (Automatic 3 Ranks) Killing ravens increases your weapon damage 5% per level.
--Speedy: (Lv: 16, 2 ranks) 15% speed increase per rank.
--Stealth Ninja: (Lv: 18, 5 Ranks) 5% chameleon ability per rank.
--Trader Friend: (LV: 24) Gives you the ability to "Trade" with many NPC's as if they were your best buddy! Must be crouched when activating the NPC.

--Master Perks take advantage of skills over 100.
---Master Barter: The purchase price goes down by 2 percent for every 10 points over 110 to a maximum of 70 percent with a skill of 250.
---Master Energy wpn: Energy Weapons do 2 percent more damage to targets for every 5 points over 104 to a maximum of 160 percent with a skill of 250.
---Master Explosives: Explosive weapons do 2 percent more damage to targets for every 5 points over 104 to a maximum of 160 percent with a skill of 250.
---Master Guns: Gun weapons do 2 percent more damage to targets for every 5 points over 104 to a maximum of 160 percent with a skill of 250.
---Master Medicine: Weapons do 2 percent more damage to Humans, Ghouls and Super Mutants for every 5 points over 104 to a maximum of 160 percent with a skill of 250.
---Master Melee wpn: Melee weapons do 2 percent more damage to targets for every 5 points over 104 to a maximum of 160 percent with a skill of 250.
---Master Repair: Weapons do 2 percent more damage to Robots for every 5 points over 104 to a maximum of 160 percent with a skill of 250.
---Master Sneak: Critical Hit Damage is increased by 2 percent to targets for every 5 points over 100 to a maximum of 160 percent with a skill of 250 as long as you remain undetected. Also adds chameleon ability.
---Master Unarmed: In Unarmed combat you do 2 percent more damage to targets for every 5 points over 104 to a maximum of 160 percent with a skill of 250.

-Ammo terminal to add any ammo you want. Its spawned in the ammo crates below terminal.
--You can also set which ammo types to 'not' auto-sort out of your inventory.
--And you can set how much ammo is spawned per click.
--Includes New 12 Guage explosive shells.

-Create-It terminal to spawn many useful items as well as the special levelers items. Items spawned in open steamer trunk.

-Info & Cheats terminal displays lists of player settings, Edit player settings, set armor abilities, show raven's killed and teleport Ed-e to your location.

-Stats Terminal so you can:
--Edit your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. scores.
--Edit your Weapons skills.
--Edit your Special skills.
--Edit your reputation scores.
--Change to add or subtract to these areas.

-Hip Flask of Liquid Courage to keep you going all day and night! Restores health, starvation, sleep deprivation and thirst.
-Special weapons with special effect, they all start with 'XL'.
-Special armors with effects that can be set using the settings terminal.
-Settings terminal to easily change game settings or preferences.

-Teleporter bauble. Several locations including 8 settings for mark and recall functionaltiy.
--Also includes Holographic death claw which will attack 'anyone' and 'anything' not in the player or follower faction.
