Revived version of captain ballarms, new file due to whalecow being permabanned.

Due to popular demand i have created a revived version of the original captain ballarms. He has his old original textures from vanilla new vegas, meaning if you have a mod that changes the vanilla protectrons then his will be changed too. One thing i have kept from version 2 is his tri-beam hand gun, but i have removed the tesla cannon head gun and reverted it back to a laser. Also i have completely revoiced him due to my previous voice being so annoying ( in my opinion which i know you agree with! )

DESCRIPTION
Captain James Ballarms is taking shelter in the brotherhood bunker, you can find him wandering near the bathroom. Captain Ballarms is an inspired companion fom Alchestbreach's review of the DEIMOS mod (go watch it to learn the origins of captain ballarms!) He is fully voiced, levels with you and comes with all of the features of an NCCS companion.
