DESCRIPTION

In short:

This mod retextures the stealth suit MK II from old world blues and tweaks the stats significantly.


In long:

The changes to the texture are subtle but significantly change the feel of the armor, making more stealthy and less flashy. The suit weighs 5 lbs less and is worth 500 caps more. The leveling system has been altered so that most of the suit's effect levels more gradually as you complete the course and, yes, a stealth field has been added. The improved stats are thus:

Initially:
3% cloaking when crouched

Basic test:
6% cloak
+10 sneak

Advanced test:
9% cloak
+10 sneak
+1 agility

Expert test:
12% cloak
+16 sneak
+1 agility

Robot Compliance test:
15% cloak
+20 sneak
+1 agility

All tests complete:
15% cloak
+20 sneak
+1 agility
sneaking 20% faster

By "all tests complete" I mean that the quest goal "(optional) complete all x-13 tests" is complete, I'm not entirely sure whether that requires you to complete the replay tests yet but, I do know that if you have completed that goal you get the upgrade.
