It just takes the simple dress cane and increase the power of it, and adds some special effects. The Hoe Beater makes people disintegrate when you get a crit. hit and the Bitch Stick makes them catch on fire but also has an tesla bomb effect too. It can be found at the bar in the Prospector Saloon in Goodsprings.
Installation: Just move the bitchstick.esp from the WinRaR folder to the Falloutnewvegas data folder
