Greetings, Nexus!
Firgured I'd start easy for my first mod, this is a simple port of Maybe Jills Outfit by Backsteppo (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=3749), ported with his acknowledgement. As it is my very first mod, I would like people to give any constructive comments. Be aware that I'm not a modeler or texturer. Also, if you want to use this, I'm not the one to contact, ask the original Author.
(Special note: The stances shown in the pictures are not included in this mod.)

Description:
As mentioned, this add Jill Valentine's outfit from Resident Evil 3 into Fallout New Vegas. As I think adding everything to Goodsprings kind of makes things too easy and kind of break immersion, I made sure to add this is a way that make sense "lorewise", for both RE and NV. Also, I don't like giving everything right away so I'm letting you find it with the following clues:

1- It's inside a building.
2- Look for police cars. (Cause, you know S.T.A.R.S. are police people! :D)
3- There are Feral ghouls not too far behind the building.

If you are lazy and don't like searching, location is told at the end of this.
The item is inside a locker. In other lockers, to add to immersion, I added a few items fit for police officers, including a police hat, a semi-custom riot armor and a few weapons.
Here are the items:

Jill's Outfit
DT - 5
Weight - 2.00
Value - 200
Effects - Luck +1 (Cause surviving that many outbreak means you are lucky!), Med +2 (You know, herbs), Gun +5 (If you don't understand that one, stop playing >.>)

Riot Guard Armor
That's the semi-custom item. THe reason is that it's simply the Powderganger Guard Armor without the faction effect and a +5 to gun.
I'd like feedback on that one, to know if there is a better armor I could use instead.

Other items are a police hat, no stats, just the one already in game, a 9mm pistol with some ammos and a riot shotgun, also with some ammos (Could be a bit over powered at the begining, feel free to take or leave it).

Instalation:
1- Unrar the package.
2- Place the texture and meshes folders in your Fallout Data folder, along with the .esp
3- Enable the mod.
4- Play.
5- Cheer.

Uninstalling:
1- Uncheer.
2- Stop playing.
3- Remove the .esp and the contain of the package from your texture and meshes folders. Make sure you don't just delete both folders unless this mod is all you use.

Requirements:
Type3 Body replacer is required for this mod to work properly.
Other than that, nothing should be needed. I considered adding a police pistol, but no DLC requirement seemed better.

Conflict:
There doesn't seem to be any conflict between any mods I use. If you find any, please let me know. Also, do try to check your mod order.
In case of CTD problem, before starting to lash out at me for ruining your game, calmly try to deactivate the mod. if it still crash, it's not this mod.
Otherwise, CALMLY lash out at me.

Suggestions:
These are not required, but they could add to your RE experience!
NV Beretta m92 Samurai Edge Pistol Port - Ported by HeroinZero (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=35916)
This is the one I personally use, but any Samurai Edge mod is nice

Mossberg 590 Shotgun - by KrimeMinister (http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=36407)
If you like your Jill sandwich served with Shotgun!

And I suppose a zombie apocalypse mod could work well for RE experience too.

Thanks:
To Backsteppo for the very mod I'm porting
To jonas opines for his Geck Porting Tutorial. Thanks, couldn't have done it without you!
To Bethesda/Obsidian for, you know.

Location:
There you go, you lazy people! It's in Nevada Highway Patrol Station, south of Primm, in the Officer Locker.
