This is a small collection of armor and clothing I was creating for a companion mod I eventually abandoned for various reasons, the headliner of this pack being a Ballistic Face Mask, which comes in a metal and kevlar texture.
In addition, I also included two outfits and an assault pack. The outfits were really made for a female character. There are male equivalents for them included, but I pretty much threw them together at the last second.
And I'm not completely satisfied with the backpack. The texture needs some work.
Installation :
------------
1) Simply unpack the rar file into your Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\Data directory.
2) Open your mod manager or the Data Files of the New Vegas launcher window and check "Ballistic Mask"
3) Enjoy. Or not. Your choice. At least be happy that you didn't have to pay for it.
Uninstall :
----------
1) Delete the "Ballistic Mask.esp" file in the Data directory.
2) Find and delete the "Ballistic Mask" folders in the Meshes, Textures, and Sound/FX folders.
Location :
---------
The Ballistic Mask and other gear is in the trunk of a blue car near the gas station at Good Springs (well, the whole car's a container, but we'll just pretend it's specifically in the trunk.)
Distribution :

For the most part, everything in this mod was created by me, EXCEPT for the body of the female outfits, which is the Cali body created by Dimon99. And, of course, the obvious items created by Bethesda and Obsidian.
As far as the items I did create go, you're welcome to use, tweak, and distribute them as you please.

You can send me a message to ClayPidgeon162 on this site. This is a tiny mod and shouldn't effect you game negatively in any way. But, if you're having problems, just let me know and I'll see if I can fix it.

Many thanks to Dimon99 for their Cali Body, which is the base body for the female outfits.
And thanks to Bethesda and Obsidian for making this awesome game, despite the plague of bugs it initially came packaged with.
Updates :

12/12/2011 : Uploaded an update that fixes an issue with the female version of the Scavenged Attire, where when crouching some skin would poke through the tank top and the front of the belt would protrude out. Also altered the texture map for the female Merc Fatigues so the tank top looks more seamless
12/20/2011 : Uploaded a new main file that includes the previous update as well as some tweaks to the assualt pack, such as cleaning the mesh up a bit and changing the texture to a dark brown rather than the previous desaturated grey.
