This is my first mod, so I'm sorry if it's not good enough.
It took me a week, but It was a lot of fun.

This mod is a bunker/safehouse in Goodsprings, near that tower thing. You can acess it through the manhole.(now moved to the fast-travel point)
This is the version 1.0 and I'll keep doing stuff.(version 2.0 released)
If i have time I'll had an upgrade system so you can upgrade your house.
It's NOT navmeshed but you don't need it.
Anything you need or want, leave a comment.
I'll love the feedback and suggestions.
Yes, I know there are a lot of better safehouses out there, but If you don't like it, sorry...
I don't think you'll distribute this file, but if you do or use it in any other way, go ahead, but I'd like to be mentioned or something :p If not, that's okay.

Edit: version 2 uploaded. It's a smaller version on the bunker: no stairs and slightly upgraded.
Also location moved..you can see it in the first image.
Edit2: Just a reminder that I'm still working on the new bunker, but I don't know when It will be over...got a lot on my plate at the moment...
Edit 3: The second bunker I said i was going to make is almost finished (just the basics...)
I'll write something here when i release it, and it'll be a different mod...not the same as this one.
It has an upgrade system and it's gonna be really expensive to upgrade. You don't need the luxury if you're not rich anyway.
